The 1990 Democratic revolution created a multi-party unicameral parliamentary system for Mongolian politics, while ensuring the right to be elected and elected for the people. The Mongolian Constitution guarantees everyone equal rights in all fields, regardless of age, gender, education, religion, belief and family.Countries around the world are working for gender equality, democratic governance, and equal opportunities for women to participate in politics.Nominating women for parliamentary and regional elections, maintaining seats and supporting women 's quotas in political party structures at all levels, and changing the electoral system are all ways to increase women's political participation.By ensuring equal participation of all levels of gender,we can not only help maintain long-term sustainable development, balance and solve urgent social problems, but also have a huge impact on the economy. However, the quotas stipulated by the Council of Citizens 'Representatives[Gender Equality Law]for decision-making positions, especially for the highest legislative bodies, regions and capitals, have not been implemented.Female politicians are only 17%of top parliamentarians who represent the majority of the population and social issues and their rights. The modern male-dominated political system continues to influence the political, economic, social, and cultural decisions of men and women, limiting equal access to development benefits. For example, due to the consequences of gender-insensitive policies, the lack of schools, kindergartens and hospitals, and the poor quality of social welfare and services. In addition, due to the lack of policies to support young families, women's rights, especially in the family, are violated.Although mining and infrastructure development and economic improvement have caused population migration, environmental and social problems, the rights of local people have been violated.Because, there are very few members of the political decision makers who consider the situation of women and formulate policies for women.Based on theoretical analysis and literature review, this paper studies the participation of female politicians in political decision-making positions and management positions in Mongolia and improves their job opportunities. In addition, the content of the dissertation has been expanded as a result of studying the useful experiences and policies of other countries. This thesis consists of four chapters icluding the introduction,it consist of research background and purpose, research significance, literature review, basic research ideas, research methods and research innovations. The first chapter is The Status of Women Politicians in Mongolian politics. The second chapter is the Mongolia adopts legal policies to improve the status of female politicians, the third chapter is the The impact and position of female politicains in society and Chapter 4 is the Opportunities for improving the status of female politicians in plotical decision-making positions.
