Downtown pressure on the economy has novel coronavirus in recent years,and the impact of many uncertainties on Sino US trade frictions and new coronavirus pneumonia in 2020 has made the survival pressure of enterprises increasingly intensified.The phenomenon of dismissal of employees is increasing.In the context of the domestic economic downturn,the number of new graduates in China has increased continuously.More and more college students' ideal choice after graduation is to become a public official,which also drives the development of the civil service examination and training industry.Capital always pursues profits.In the case of civil servants' examination craze,there are many public examination training organizations or institutions.These training organizations or institutions have to work hard on training products to ensure the passing rate of students' examination.The development of new products for civil service examination and interview has become an inevitable trend in the development of this industry.First of all,through books,journals,networks and other channels,a large number of literature and related theoretical knowledge of new product development strategy are collected for reading and learning.Secondly,it briefly describes the basic situation of F company and the current development of the enterprise,then discusses the current situation of the new curriculum development,existing problems and reasons of F company,and finally,through SWOT analysis,it makes a comprehensive analysis of the various environments F company faces.Thirdly,the article puts forward the new curriculum development strategy of F company's public examination interview:choose the interactive product type of "online teaching+ ground class" in the new curriculum development type,continue to give full play to the advantages of online education,try to optimize and develop the ground curriculum products to make up for the shortcomings of online direct teaching products,and finally realize the "Online+offline" joint dual drive development mode;In terms of target market selection,it is a "inclusive"market+ a "precise docking" market;in terms of R&D positioning,it is necessary to select innovative product development strategies,increase R&D investment,strengthen R&D team,and make every effort to promote the new curriculum development of "online live class+traditional face-to-face" linkage mode;in terms of market positioning,it is necessary to select "differentiated product R&D strategy".Finally,the paper puts forward four guarantee measures for the implementation of the interview curriculum development strategy,and evaluates the selected strategy through the questionnaire survey.
