Research On 'Government Online-offline Shanghai' Government Service

In recent years,Chinese government informatization and e-government have been greatly developed,and the government's public service capabilities have also been rising.From the perspective of the international development trend of egovernment,the key to its development lies in "public services." The Chinese government has also paid great attention to this,repeatedly stressing the need to improve the public service system of the government,and vigorously promote the development of e-government.This improves the government's social management and public service capabilities in order to provide better services to the people.At present,e-government is no longer a simple network construction,but an informationization reform of government work,and the use of information technology innovation and development to complete the work of public service.At the same time,traditional e-government services not think highly of services and user needs,and the island effect of information is prominent,and the quality of online and offline integrated services is not high.Therefore,'Internet + government service',a new model of e-government development came into being.This article takes the current development status of e-government as an entry point,based on the actual situation of 'GOVERNMENT ONLINE-OFFLINE SHANGHAI' government service project,compares the development of egovernment at home and abroad,and explores the reform and innovation methods ofgovernment public services.Focusing on analyzing problems from the innovative practice of local government e-government services,through literature analysis,case analysis,questionnaire surveys and other methods,through investigation and analysis of the current situation of local government service innovation practice in Songjiang District,Shanghai,try to explore the practical problems in the current innovation and development of local government services,and put forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions.
