Research On The Role Of "Two Committees" In Grid Community Governance

Grid governance realized the sinking of grassroots administrative forces in the community,With the help of the gridded governance model,grassroots organizational forces have been absorbed into the gridded organizational system,which has greatly changed the ecological environment of community governance.The "two committees"of the community,which are the core subjects of traditional community governance,should not be included in the grid governance system and become the main participants of the community grid governance.However,in the process of community "two committees" participating in grid-based governance,the phenomenon of role disorder often occurs,which is mainly manifested in the intersection and overlap of roles between the community "two committees" participating in grid-based governance,and the community "two committees" Disadvantages to active governance,refined governance,and diversified governance in grid-based governance.There are still technical shortcomings in the community's "two committees" in grid-based governance.Taking the Suzhou Industrial Park Wenhui Garden as a case study,the analysis found that there were three reasons for the problems of the role of the "two committees" in the community in grid governance:First,the role of the grass-roots social management system in restricting the role of the "two committees" in the community;second,the unclear positioning of the "two committees" in the grid governance mechanism;Finally,it is considered that to reshape the role of the "two committees" of the community in gridded governance,we should continue to promote the reform and improvement of the urban grassroots social management system,rationally define the positioning of the community's "two committees" in the gridded governance,and clearly The boundaries of gridded governance in community governance begin.
