Study On The Problems And Countermeasure On The Management For The Public Security Supervisory Areas-to Take Suzhou Detention Facility As An Example

With the rapid development of China's socio-economic,the innovation of government management is accepted by more and more people.It is necessary for the government to innovation and improves itself in today's society.The Public Security Organ is an important department of the country,which is responsible for the country's social functions and political functions.Nowadays,deepen the reformation of the Public Security Organ is becoming the first assignment.The Public Security Organ is exploring and practicing,taking effective measures to benefit the public.The Public Security Supervisory Areas should be aware of this situation and play a positive role to maintain social stability.But based on the current situation,because of the special nature and the inherent system,the departments in the Public Security Supervisory Areas are faced with reducing of the informatization,abusing of the power and low efficiency in work.The policemen are lack of work enthusiasm and harmonious,which restrict the development of work.It's a difficult problem to break the dilemma and take effective measures to promote the working processes.In this article,we take Suzhou Detention Facility as an example to analyze its achievements in the reformation.And then,we analyze the existing problems and the causes of these problems.Finally,we put forward to the countermeasure of the existing problems in order to aid the improvement of the management efficiency for the Public Security Supervisory Areas and thus aid the improvement of the service for ensuring the stability and harmony of the society.
