A Case Study Of Social Action Model To Resolve Community Disputes

With the advancement of urbanization and the reform of housing structure,the floating population in the city increases and the neighborhood relationship is alienated.As the limited resources cannot meet the diverse needs of residents,it has become the focus of conflicts and disputes,which are increasingly complicated and diversified.At present,the phenomenon of"keeping pets" in urban communities is becoming more and more obvious.Some uncivilized behaviors of keeping pets occupy the legitimate rights and interests of non-pet residents in space,health and safety,which leads to group antagonism and community disputes.In this context,this paper focuses on the applicability and advantages of the social action model in solving community disputes and community problems,as well as the requirements on the ability of social workers and matters needing attention.Moreover,in the way of project package service,the efficient integration of service resources at the community level is realized,and the advantages of project operation mode are analyzed.At the same time,a case study of the project is attempted to form a service experience that can be promoted.S community according to the result of the demand investigation"civilized clearer" services,starting from the typical disputes,social workers in social conflict theory and the society under the guidance of system theory,adopt different ways of mediation through social action mode to carry out intervention activities,organize activities of residents interactivity,mainly talks protest activities to resolve community disputes,helps keep pet advocacy groups fair distribution.This paper takes this project as the research object,analyzes the effect of using social action model to solve community disputes in the project-style operation mode,and finally comprehensively evaluates and summarizes this project.Current social action pattern to quickly and effectively solve the community disputes,but at the same time consciousness of social workers and residents have higher requirements,at the same time,the project service way can effectively integrate the forces to participate in community service problem solving and also further produce"spillover effect" in the process of service,in moderate community relations,community interaction platform and established residents since the organizations play utility.
