The Path For Social Workers To Participate In Community Party Building Under The Model Of Community Development Research

The report of the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC)pointed out that "to strengthen the style construction,we must focus on maintaining the fleshed and fleshed ties between the party and the people,strengthen the concept and feelings of the masses,and constantly strengthen the mass foundation for the party’s governance." It is a concrete measure to implement the spirit of the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China,to strictly administer the party and strictly manage the ranks of party members.However,as the backbone of the party members,the in-service party members often play their role in the work unit,and the role of party members is not obvious.By carrying out community work for in-service party members,we have built a platform for the in-service party members to play their roles beyond the eight-hour period.In the community,the most basic unit,we can contact and serve the masses more deeply and directly,and it is easier to be accepted by the masses.At the same time,the combination of professional social work and community party building has become an important way to innovate community party building in recent years,and also an important way to improve the effect of community party building.Involvement of professional social work closely the basic-level party organization,community members,the connection between the community crowd,in the innovation of community governance model,to mobilize the community to participate in community work plays an important role in many ways,become a community party construction innovation under the new situation actively explore and expand the service areas for professional social work.Taking community B as an example,this paper adopts the action research method to select the service projects that have been carried out on the basis of the community party building work,and analyzes the situation of social work participating in the "dual registration" activity of on-the-job party members through literature materials,participation surveys,interviews and other methods.The study found that,with personal ability,public awareness,community belonging and sense of identity as the action elements,the working paths for social workers to participate in in-service party members’ participation in the community under the community development model include: building specialty platform,taking service as integration,and promoting active action and participation.Under the guidance of professional theories and methods,to a certain extent,it can promote the in-service party members to find the right service orientation,give full play to their personal ability,further enhance the sense of community ownership in action participation,and enhance the recognition of the community.However,social workers’ participation in this work is only a tentative exploration,and because social workers’ involvement in community party building is still in the initial stage,there are still some difficulties and challenges to fully integrate into it.As far as the current results are concerned,there are different degrees of problems at the level of serving party members,community party organizations and social workers.In order to further improve and promote social workers’ participation in the party building work such as serving party members entering the community,joint efforts in various aspects are needed.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the social workers’ participation in the "dual registration" project for serving party members,and to explore how to scientifically promote the organic combination of professional social work and this work,so as to provide reference for social work to better participate in community party building.
