At present,there are 85 million disabled people in China,their needs include life security,education and employment,which are characterized by complexity,diversity and individuality.The appointment of full-time members of the disabled is a member of the disabled group,and its implementation of the system is an important measure to develop the cause of the disabled.At present,the team of full-time members of the disabled has grown steadily.The number of full-time members of the disabled in the city of H is one-third of the full-time members of the disabled.The research on the adaptation of the work of this group is of great significance to strengthening the team building of grassroots disabled people.The appointment of full-time members of the disabled is a new force for the grassroots disabled service team.Their physiology and work are special.They have dilemmas such as insufficient employability,low level of education,and weak social support.However,I have found in practice that most of them work more efficiently,and colleagues get along well and adapt well.How did they adapt?What kinds of types of work adaptation?What are the different types of characteristics and coping strategies?What are the influencing factors of their work adaptation?How to intervene in social work?This study used qualitative research methods to conduct semi-structured interviews with 17 full-time members of the disabled,and analyzed the process of work adaptation from the three dimensions of work role behavior,work performance and work satisfaction.On the basis of this,the types,characteristics and coping strategies of work adaptation are analyzed.Under the guidance of the ecosystem theory,the influencing factors of the job adaptation of the newly recruited full-time members of the disabled are analyzed from the micro,meso and macro levels.Finally,from the perspective of social work of disabled people,the social work service strategy to improve the level of work adaptation is proposed.The study found that the appointment of full-time members of the disabled has adapted to the four stages of initial exploration,progressive familiarization,dilemma response and differential development.Their work adaptation mainly includes two types:well-adapted and maladaptive.The factors affecting work adaptation include Micro disability type and grade,work personality,work ability,work plan.Family members,colleagues,adult schools and social organizations are their main sources of support.The social culture and policy system in the macro system plays a subtle role in the adaptation of work.Based on this,this study starts from the perspective of social work for disabled people,and proposes to strengthen individual capacity building,build a social support network and improve relevant policies to improve the work adaptation level of the full-time disabled full-time members.
