Dynamic Research Of Therapy Group At Compulsory Isolation Detoxification Center

With the continuous development of anti-drug social work research,many studies have proved the effectiveness of group treatment.However,questions about how the group plays its role in promoting the motivation for drug rehabilitation,maintaining good conduct,and reducing relapse rate remain to be solved.Therefore,it is necessary to do research of therapy group dynamic at Compulsory Isolation Detoxification Center(CIDC)Based on the theory of group dynamics,this paper regards the therapy group carried out at M CIDC as an organic whole.On this basis,combined with the specific situation of the group members,it analyzes the individual and group behavior of the group members,explores the factors that affect the motivation,behavior changes,and extracts the four main components of group dynamics in the group field,which are problem solving,self-development,group participation,and special situations,and try to analyze the formation and development process of each part.In addition,the joint force generation and mechanism of action,and the relationship with Lewin's group dynamics are analyzed.This study considers that problem-solving plays a leading role in guiding to achieve the group's goal;self-development and expansion of group effectiveness,enhance the possibility of drug treatment;group participation coordinates the relationship between group members to maintain the group's good operation;special situation encourages the team members to open themselves,and grow in the interaction In the group dynamics,problem solving is the driving force,self-development is the expanding force,group participation is the balancing force,and special situation gathers the original scattered forces to jointly promote the group development.At the same time,referring to the dynamic force of the synthesis and decomposition analysis team of basic physics,it is concluded that under normal conditions,the group dynamics are developing positively,regardless of the size and direction of the partial dynamics,the parallelogram law of force will be followed(the resultant force is always on the diagonal of the parallelogram),forming a synergy to promote the development of the group.Generally speaking,in the therapy group at CICD,the group's operation has generated group dynamics based on problem solving,self-development,group participation,and special situations,which complement each other to promote changes of group member and development of group.
