Research On Financing Issues Of Non-governmental Public Welfare Organizations Under The Background Of New Media

With the transformation of public welfare and philanthropy to non-governmental forces and the wide application of Internet technology,new media has created a huge space for the development of non-governmental public welfare organizations.Based on digital technology and supported by online platforms,new media have provided more convenient and extensive channels for non-governmental public welfare organizations to raise funds,and played a positive role in innovating social governance and meeting the needs of the masses.However,dialectically,in the context of new media,the financing of non-governmental public welfare organizations,as a new thing,also exposed a variety of deficiencies,which had a certain impact on the development.Therefore,this paper selects this topic for research,systematically analyzes the development and financing mode of non-governmental public welfare organizations under the background of new media,the problems in the financing process and the causes,and puts forward feasible financing strategy Suggestions based on this,which has considerable theoretical value and practical significance.First of all,this paper USES case analysis,comparative research,comprehensive analysis of the new media under the background of civil public welfare organization development and financing mode,and the new media development and its influence,folk public welfare organization development and the present situation,the financing mode of three aspects,such as a detailed argument,has been clear about the new media under the background of the three modes of public financing for non-governmental organizations,namely the network collection,public welfare and the raise,experiential fundraising.Secondly,this paper USES the literature research method and takes the new media as the background to analyze the problems faced by non-governmental public welfare organizations and the causes.Folk public welfare organization appeared in the process of facing the current financing legitimacy plight,folk public welfare organization financing efficiency is low,the new media financing platform management disorder,popular mistrust of the fund-raising problem,on the basis of the comprehensive carding summed up the government,the civil public welfare organizations,new media,the social mode of four variables,and raised lesions situated in mining,the legal regulation of excessive and insufficient,imperfect folk public welfare organization management and application of new media platforms are inefficient,public supervision does not reach the designated position,such as internal cause of public welfare.Finally,based on the analysis and research results,this paper puts forward targeted strategies and Suggestions on the fundraising of non-governmental public welfare organizations in the context of new media from the perspective of public governance.This article suggested that under the background of new media,through improve the folk public welfare organization and relevant laws and regulations,the folk charity fund-raising mechanism,promoting the efficiency of the new media financing platform,strengthening public supervision for folk charity fund-raising way,effectively reduce the time and effort of folk public welfare organization cost,promote the financing accurate,transparent,efficient,diversified financing channels unimpeded civil public welfare organization,build good good ecological atmosphere,thereby enhance the level of overall social welfare.
