The Research On The Project Operation Of Non-governmental Public Welfare Organizations

As the subject of social management in our country is changing from a single subject to a pluralistic subject,the concept of "small government and big society" gradually enjoys popular support.Whether there are government departments,or ordinary enterprises and individuals are eager to have high-quality public welfare projects to choose from,in order to achieve their own public goals more effectively.In recent years,the whole country established many non-governmental public welfare organizations for specific groups and specific fields to satisfy this demand.The project operating system has an advantage in achieving cost and efficiency harmonization.As a consequence,these organizations always adopt specific project-oriented modes of operation to provide professional services and assistance to their corresponding social needs and social groups.Public welfare projects make a great progress and development in the aspects of content,form,type and coverage.However,these organizations still have many problems in the operation and management of the project.Therefore,it has practical significance to study the operation of these organizations.This study has used three research methods which are literary method,interview method and the participation observation method in case of Nanchang J public welfare organization.Based on the organization's rejuvenation project,in the perspective of the resource mobilization,resource dependence and other related theories,I have analyzed five features of project operation in nonprofit organization,these features includes project strategy selection,brand building,fund-raising,organizational capacity improvement and institutional incubation.Furthermore,this study focuses on the interaction relationship between non-governmental public welfare organization and government,business and other related entities utilizing project resource acquisition and strategic choice.Moreover,this study has rethought a few of the difficulties which are in the respect to talents and management.Through the analysis of those dilemmas,this paper has explored a path to virtuous operation though analyzing external environment of the non-governmental public welfare organization and the improvement of the ability,and providing a reference for non-governmental public welfare organization.
