In recent years,with the deepening of the reform of tax administration,the traditional personnel management mode is more and more not adapt to the requirements of the new situation,the grass-roots staff stability,process management is monitoring and cadre management,performance evaluation and selection of choose and employ persons precision problems become one of the bottlenecks restricting the development of tax career,human society has entered the era of big data,digital management personnel has become the focus of the tax system.Digital personnel management is the "Internet +","big data" such as the latest management method is applied to the cadre management process,promote the tax system revolutionary changes in the way the cadre management,essence is to put the system according to the people for the collection of things,the single,regular and irregular evaluation into daily,cumulative,same conditions comparable evaluation mechanism and the score,the cadre evaluation qualitative description into digital and combination of qualitative evaluation,making digital covers cadres management process.Compared with the traditional personnel management mode,the personnel digital management is a new human resource management mechanism,which is more in-depth and strategic than the traditional personnel management.It can carry out and improve the personnel management of the tax system from a more macro perspective and from the perspective of development strategy.It at the same time of success,however,also has many problems,this paper through literature method,survey method,system method and deep insight into the tax personnel problems existing in the digital management system,then puts forward the countermeasures,make the tax system of talent management followed the pace of the big data age rise a new step,and ability to cultivate the comprehensive quality,the excellent tax cadres business solid basic skills.In order to further improve the ability and level of personnel digital management in the tax system,first of all,this paper carefully grasps the concept of personnel digital management through a large number of domestic and foreign literatures,and introduces the background and significance of its production in detail.Secondly,through the analysis of the current situation of the personnel digital management of the tax system,let the readers have a comprehensive understanding of the personnel digital management of the tax system,and find out the problems in the process of personnel management.Second,the personnel digital management information data fragmentation;Third,the application of personnel digital management assessment results is insufficient.Finally,aiming at the problems existing in the personnel digital management of the tax system,this paper puts forward corresponding solutions.Second,improve the personnel digital management supporting system;Third,strengthen the pertinence of training content;Fourthly,the function module of personnel digital management is designed scientifically.It is hoped that this article will play a certain role in promoting and improving the next step of personnel digital management in the tax system,and also hope to bring some beneficial enlightenment to the reform of personnel digital management system in other public sectors.
