The Historical Generation And Development Of The Marxist Theory Of The State In State And Revolution

Some western scholars assume that Lenin's interpretation of the Marxist view of state in State and Revolution deviates from Marxism.In order to refute this point of view,I have conducted a detail,in-depth and holistic study of the Marxist theory of the state in State and Revolution.On the basis of insisting on the guidance of historical materialism,this article uses literature analysis,from a holistic perspective,to collect,read and study the relevant documents of Marx and Engels 'national doctrine used by Lenin,sorts out Lenin's general idea of inheriting the Marxist theory of the state,and demonstrates that Lenin not only truly inherited the Marxist theory of the state in State and Revolution,but also developed the Marxist theory of the state on the basis of Marx and Engels.In addition,the article deepens the study of the Marxist theory of the state in State and Revolution,restores the history of the generation of the Marxist theory of the state,epitomizes the generation logic of the Marxist theory of the state,explains the main composition of the Marxist theory of the state,summarizes Lenin's development and innovation of the Marxist theory of the state.Lenin's creation of State and Revolution stems from the response to the theme of the times and the appeal of reality.The theme of the era of "War and Revolution" is to promote and influence the macro factors of Lenin's creation of "State and Revolution".The four major factors are the Japanese-Russian War in 1904,the First World War in 1914,the Russian Revolution in 1905,and the February Revolution in 1915.These events constituted the historical context of Lenin's creation of State and Revolution.The two realities of the proletarian revolution urgently need theoretical guidance and the need for unified thinking within the revolutionary ranks are the micro factors that promote and influence Lenin's creation of State and Revolution.The rapid development of the Russian revolutionary movement urgently needs the theoretical guidance of the Marxist theory of state.This made the book State and Revolution ready to come out.The Marxist theory of the state in State and Revolution has the same logics as Marx and Engels.Lenin's interpretation of the Marxist theory of the state is a creative development based on the systematic and complete absorption of Marx and Engels' state theory.In terms of internal mechanism,Lenin upholds three logics that are highly unified with Marx and Engels: from the general principles to the practical logic of specific applications,the revolutionary logic that unites inevitability and fortuity,and the logic of struggle to establish the dictatorship of the proletariat through violent revolution.Taking these three logics as main lines,Lenin inherited and developed the Marxist view of the state.In State and Revolution,Lenin profoundly expounded the Marxist theory of state from three aspects: the origin and essence of the state,the basic characteristics and functions of the state,and the demise of the state.On the basis of Marx and Engels,Lenin further demonstrated that the state originated from private ownership,the nature of the state is class dictatorship,the basic characteristics of the state are social alienation and maintenance of production relations,the core function of the state is to maintain order and establish oppression,the demise of the bourgeois state depends on violent revolution,and the proletariat state will die on its own.Lenin didn't distort the Marxist view of the state in "The State and Revolution",but developed it creatively based on practice.On the basis of inheriting the Marxist theory of the state,Lenin perfected the theory of dictatorship of the proletariat,elucidated the theory of democracy of the proletariat,developed the stage theory of communist society,and greatly enriched and perfected the Marxist theory of the state.
