Study On The Current Situation,Problems And Countermeasures Of The Development Of The Professional Quality Of The Basic Public Security Police In Shangrao City

As the front line of our country's police work,the grass-roots police team plays an important and active role in fighting against crimes,maintaining public order,serving the people's livelihood and promoting the harmonious development of society.In 2013,the Propaganda Bureau of the Ministry of Public Security issued the interpretation of the code of professional ethics of the people's police of the public security organs.Under the new situation of deeply implementing the scientific outlook on development and building a socialist harmonious society and a society ruled by law,the professional quality of the police in China,especially the grass-roots public security police,has increasingly become a hot issue of people's attention.How to realize the combination of administration according to law and administration according to morality has become a hot issue The academic and police circles must seriously study and actively practice the major issues.On the basis of modern public human resource management theory,new public management theory and human-oriented management theory,this study obtained the detailed occupation of the grass-roots police of Shangrao Public Security Bureau in four aspects:political belief and ideological direction,professional ability,physical and mental health,and professional and cultural level through the scientific design of the questionnaire on the quality of grass-roots police of Shangrao Public Security Bureau in Jiangxi Province Through the statistical analysis of the results of the questionnaire,we get four major problems in the development of the professional quality of the basic level police of Shangrao Public Security Bureau,which are the improper idea of law enforcement,the lack of humanistic feelings,the lack of the ability of law enforcement,the lack of professional skills,the serious physical and mental health problems,the lack of adjustment ability and the lack of professional education of police vocational training In this paper,the causes of the problems are analyzed.Finally,according to the specific problems existing in the professional quality of the grass-roots police,this paper puts forward corresponding suggestions for the improvement of the professional quality of the grass-roots police from four aspects:Ideological and political,law enforcement supervision,physical and mental health and vocational training.This paper uses the form of questionnaire and field investigation to study the professional quality of Shangrao City police,which is helpful to analyze the actual situation of Shangrao City police quality,and to provide methodological guidance for improving the quality of Shangrao City police.
