Study On The New Media Campaign Strategies Of Right-Wing Populist Parties In Western Europe

Since the beginning of the 21st century,the economic and political situation in Western Europe has changed,and the populist trend of thought has arisen again.Against the background of globalization and financial crisis,the western European economy and society have been deeply impacted,the social foundation has changed,and the traditional political parties have been declining,providing political opportunities for the rise of new political parties.This paper explores how the right-wing populist parties in Western Europe make use of the people's potential dissatisfaction,use the campaign strategy of new media,and achieve the political goal of the election through selective political propaganda and political mobilization.The core of this paper lies in the new media campaign strategy of the right-wing populist parties in Western Europe.In this paper,according to the characteristics of the new media to the spread characteristic of the new media and the basis of the characteristics of virtual social space,on the one hand,this paper discusses how to use western European right-wing populist parties new media propaganda,build the image of the new political party,raising the visibility and credibility,the party issues in a negative campaign tactics attack,to enhance its comparative advantages,shaping its legitimacy;On the other hand,this paper discusses how the party USES the spatial characteristics of the new media to carry out political mobilization,rebuild the relationship with supporters,promote diverse political participation,provide support for the party's activities,and enlarge the political influence of the party.This paper includes the introduction,the main body,and the conclusion.The introduction introduces the research background and significance,domestic and foreign research review,research ideas and research methods,research innovation and shortcomings.The main body consists of five chapters.The first chapter sorts out the relevant concepts,basic characteristics and development evolution of right-wing populist political parties in Western Europe,which lays a foundation for the following discussion.The second chapter mainly introduces the relationship between right-wing populist parties and new media in Western Europe.Based on analyzing the characteristics of new media,this paper discusses the relationship between political parties and new media and further expounds on how the right-wing populist parties in Western Europe make use of these characteristics to carry out campaign strategies.It includes two parts:strategy target and application field.The third and fourth chapters comprehensively explain how the right-wing populist party ACTS under the guidance of strategic objectives.The third chapter analyzes how right-wing populist parties in Western Europe use propaganda strategies to build their legitimacy and visibility and undermine the legitimacy of their opponents.The fourth chapter analyzes how the party expands its influence through diversified and targeted campaign mobilization strategies.The fifth chapter analyzes the influence of the new media campaign strategy of right-wing populist parties in Western Europe.The conclusion summarizes the content of the paper.Based on the existing academic achievements,this paper expounds on the new media strategies of right-wing populist parties in a qualitative way.From a microscopic view of observation,a comprehensive carding western populist right-wing political party in the election of the new media strategy and action,emphatically grasp the populist right-wing ideology and new media and new media features,in particular,the effectiveness of the campaign strategy,to explore the party in the election agents provide evidence and influence,to further explore the current references are provided for the western democratic politics.
