China's Online Political Participation Agenda Setting Model And Its Function Research

This paper uses the theory of multi streams of American scholar, John W Kingdom, to analyze the interaction of different participant.The pressure mode are advocated by Internet users, showing the following characteristics:dominated by the Internet users, participation in disorder, the diversify demands, often in crisis events as the carrier and network rumors play the special role.
