Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Social Organizations Participating In Community Governance

Community governance is a new management mode and operation mechanism adopted by Chinese communities at present.With the continuous advancement of China's reform,China's social management is faced with the transformation of government functions,the innovation of social management forms,and the stimulation of people's vitality.At present,social organizations,as the key organizations that perform the main functions of the grass-roots government,play an important role in community governance.As a key link in community governance,social organizations play an irreplaceable role.However,at the present stage,social organizations also have many problems in community governance.Therefore,this paper further discusses the research on social organizations'participation in community governance based on the actual situation of social organizations' participation in community governance in Quanfu street,Jinan.The research of this paper has strong practical significance and reference value.Based on this,this paper takes the new public management theory and multi-center governance theory as the theoretical basis,takes the social organization of Quanfu street in Jinan city as the specific research object,and further discusses the actual situation of social organization participating in community governance.Unclear positioning of social organizations,lack of legal and regulatory protection of social organizations,unscientific management system of social organizations,and financial difficulties of social organizations.Combined with the actual situation of Quanfu street in Jinan,it is found that the reasons for the above problems lie in the backward concept of social management,insufficient effective supply of policies,imperfect community management mechanism.Finally,based on the reality,this paper puts forward countermeasures and Suggestions to improve the participation of social organizations in community governance.It is hoped that this study can help social organizations in Quanfu street in Jinan to participate in community governance more scientifically,and also hope to provide reference and reference for social organizations in other areas to participate in community governance.
