Research On The Development Strategy Of "Internet+Home-Based Elderly Care" Promoted By Government

At present,China has entered the rapid development stage of aging.The huge aging population has intensified the pressure of the state and society on providing for the aged.How to better solve the problem of providing for the aged has become the focus of social attention.Because of the situation of our country,the elderly generally choose home-based pension,but with the "empty nesting" phenomenon has becoming seriously,the elderly at home lack of care,mental loneliness,the traditional home-based pension has not met the needs of the elderly,and a new way to solve the problem of home-based pension is urgently needed.In 2015,our government put forward the "Internet+" action,making use of the Internet and other information technology to transform and upgrade the traditional pension industry,which has become an important way for our government to solve the problem of home care for the elderly.For this.Our government has promulgated relevant guiding policies and piloted them in various cities.For example,the "virtual nursing home" led by the Suzhou government,the"Intelligent Old-age Comprehensive Service Platform" in Wuzhen,and the "020 Intelligent Old-age Platform" in Hefei,etc.With the deepening participation of the Internet in people's lives,Internet technology is gradually becoming the technological driving force of a new round of industrial revolution.How does our government use the Internet to upgrade the traditional home-based pension service mode,integrate Internet thinking,information technology and artificial intelligence with the construction of home-based pension service mechanism,optimize the allocation of multi-source pension resources,and how to give full play to the functions of the government to provide personalized and efficient intelligent pension service for the elderly at home is the focus of this paper.Therefore,through the study of the new public management theory,the Internet long tail theory and Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory and welfare pluralism theory,this article introduces the concept of "Internet+",and discusses how to play the role of the government and use the Internet means to enhance our home care services.Based on the reference of foreign typical cases,this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions that our government promotes "Internet+home care for the aged".It should start from the following four aspects:first,accurately locate the role and functions of the government;second,build an information platform for "Internet+home care";third,the government should strengthen the integration of resources;fourth,improve the relevant legal system and strengthen supervision.Tube.Give full play to the functions of the government,guide social resources,and create conditions and guarantee for the elderly to enjoy all-round modern home care services.
