With the rapid development of society,China's prisons are moving towards a more civilized,legal,intelligent and socialized modern prison development,The task and difficulty of the work are increasing constantly,which also brings great work pressure to prison police,especially to the prison grassroots police.The phenomenon of job burnout is more prominent in the prison grassroots police.Job burnout seriously affects the efficiency of prison work,and also brings negative effects on the physical and mental health of prison police.This paper hopes that through the in-depth study of Y prison cases in Jiangsu Province,we can learn more about the job burnout of the prison grassroots police in Jiangsu Province,and analyze the causes of job burnout,and finally provide constructive countermeasures and suggestions for the prison grassroots police to deal with job burnout.In this study,80 Y prison grassroots police and 35 prison Department police were selected as survey samples.MBI-GS burnout scale was selected as measurement tool.It is found that the level of job burnout of prison grassroots police is moderate,far higher than that of medical staff,teachers,enterprise employees and other industries,and the level of job burnout of prison grassroots police is significantly higher than that of prison Department police.Due to the influence of age,age of police,education,position,duty mode and other variables,the three dimensions of job burnout have certain differences.Combined with individual interview and group discussion,this paper analyzes the causes of job burnout,and summarizes the occupational stress,individual,family and social support system.Finally,based on the group situation and work practice of the prison grassroots police,this paper puts forward some suggestions to alleviate the job burnout of the grassroots police,and points out that the professional pressure of the grassroots police can be relieved and the enthusiasm and enthusiasm of the work can be aroused by improving the individual cognitive level and adjustment ability,refining the management of the police,improving the performance evaluation level,and improving the relevant laws and regulations of the prison.
