A Study On The Influence Factor Of Local Government's Statistical Credibility And The Ways To Improve

AS the rapid development of social economy,the information age has already arrived.The government's decision making,the production and life of the public rely on comprehensive,real and accurate statistics.Only in accordance with the statistics department to collect data according to regulation,analyze the data scientifically,release data open and transparent,then we can judge the trend of present situation,the development of social and economic development better,provide more accurate and effective basis for government decision-making suggestions,provide more in line with the needs of public services to the public.As a data collector and supplier,the local government statisticians lays a vital role at the same time,also should recognize the opportunities and challenges,grasp the new request a new task well in the new period in tide of history,continuous reform to put attention to itself.To evaluate the effectiveness of the reform,namely whether the government has provided better services for the people,and whether it can obtain the recognition of the public.In this paper,on the basis of consulting a large number of documents,by designing questionnaire,combined with my work experience and own opinions,aim at the present situation of the statistics of local government credibility,influence factors and improving countermeasures are analyzed one by one.It is found that the current government statistical credibility is in a good level,but it still cannot match the social development level and the needs of the public well.The factors that affect the local government's statistical credibility are various,such as the method system and other objective aspects,and there are many subjective problems.It is necessary to analyze thoroughly and thoroughly to find a solution to the problem.We found that local government statistical credibility by data quality,the government system and the restriction of the external environment,and other aspects,including the data quality as fundamental,the government system as the key,and many human factors in the external environment is also an important cost which can not be ignored.To solve these problems,this paper presented some advice from the legal system construction,system reform,publicity and education,purchasing service,such as several levels found in improving data quality,perfecting the legal system,promoting the transformation of service statistics institutions,non-governmental statistical agencies,public opinion guidance and supervision from the public and other folk strength concrete practice.This paper starts from the number,takes the law as root,takes the system as the grasp,takes the person's thought idea as the foothold,puts forward some opinions.The hope is that it can help the government find more and more effective ways to improve local government's statistical credibility.We will continue to improve the statistical system and the construction of statistical institutions,improve the efficiency of statistical work,optimize the statistical design links,and improve the quality of government statistics.To ensure the scientificity and effectiveness of the government in formulating economic development strategies,plans and macro-control policies,and to make more contributions to building a service-oriented government and improving the quality of life of the people.
