Research On The Governance Ability Of Government Based On Big Data

In today's world,smart terminals,mobile Internet,and sensors are rapidly permeating all corners of the world,and data is growing at a geometric rate,resulting in huge and diverse data.Data exists in people's lives,work and learning.We are in the era of big data.This is an era that brings great changes to life,work and thinking.Nowadays,big data plays an important role in business innovation,economic governance and public services,and the government has the most and most comprehensive social data.The government should make full use of its rich data resources,use big data technology to improve government governance and governance efficiency,and contribute to the modernization of the national governance system and governance capabilities.This article takes the current situation of big data governance in Ulan Qab as the research object.Through the summary and analysis of the practical experience of the government's big data governance status,the performance and causes of insufficient government governance capacity are obtained.Further drawing on the successful experience of government big data governance at home and abroad,we put forward countermeasures and suggestions for improving the governance capability of Ulan Qab city government and local governments in the era of big data.In the era of big data,the standards for measuring government governance have undergone certain changes.This article takes governance theory and Yu Keping's China governance evaluation framework as theoretical basis,and combines the characteristics of big data's role in government governance,from the integration of government data resources,public participation,public government affairs,government administrative efficiency and public services.In terms of analysis and research on the current situation of Ulan Qab city government using big data to promote government governance,it is concluded that the Ulan Qab city government has problems such as single governance body structure,poor data resource integration,lack of public participation,and lack of big data talents.Facing the problems in the governance process and the challenges brought about by big data,the Ulan Qab Municipal Government should take advantage of the development of the big data industry and the advantages of big data-related infrastructure to seize opportunities and leverage big data to transform the government's big data governance Philosophy,overall planning of government affairs data,mobilize the public to participate,strengthen the cultivation and introduction of talents,promote the key application of big data,and achieve the improvement of government governance capabilities.
