Research On Grid Community Management In Hohhot

Community is the grassroots for the party and government to contact and serve the masses,and is also the "front line" of urban governance.With the continuous development of our society in C hina,the demands of urban community residents are gradually becoming diversified and the standards are getting higher and higher,however,the problems of single community service and low quality are becoming increasingly prominent.The level of urban management has not kept pace with the speed of urban construction.Community grid management can not only effectively solve these disadvantages,but also promote the new improvement of social management level,it is the direction that urban management should strive for.and an effective means of fine management for modern urban communities.As the central urban area of Hohhot,the capital of Inner Mongolia,the new urban area vigorously pushes forward community grid management and has achieved remarkable results.Based on community governance theory,collaborative governance theory and refined management theory,this paper uses literature analysis method,comparative analysis method,case analysis method and questionnaire survey method to study the grid management problems of new urban communities.The new urban area improves the system and mechanism of grid management by building the information integrated service platform and establishing grid staff team.After 7 years of operation,remarkable results have been achieved in community management,conflict and dispute resolution and so on.However,through the field investigation,it is also found that there are still some problems in the grid management work of the new urban area,such as the imperfect system and mechanism construction,the unreasonable professional construction of workers,and the low participation of subjects in the community.Through the in-depth analysis,it is found that the main causes of the above problems are insufficient publicity of community grid management,relative lack of capacity of community autonomy,low stability of grid staff and insufficient consideration of long-term governance.Combined with the actual situation of community grid management in the new urban area,it is suggested to continuously improve the community grid management level in the new urban area by taking measures such as improving the construction of management system,improving the professional management level of workers and promoting the linkage between government and society.
