Study On The Reform Of Community Policing In Benxi

The community is the major component of the new urban society.With the development of China's urbanization,The members who make up the community are growing rapidly,which has led to a gradual increase in the scope and tasks of community policing as well as a growing number of social security problems.The primary allocation of the community policing and management pattern don't match with the changing situation,so the reform of community policing is extremely urgent.Document analysis,questionnaire,historical analysis methods are mainly applied to the study to obtain the achievements of the community policing reform in Benxi and the problems existing in the process of community policing reform.These problems mainly include that the efforts of the community police after the reform are still insufficient,the reform of funding for community police reform is not in place,the reform of the promotion system of the community police is not perfect,after the reform of community police.and other kinds of police cooperation is not smooth and promotion,and scientific allocation has not carried out.The reasons for the reform problems above are as follows:Firstly,community police's thoughts are not in place.Secondly,the community policing supervision mechanism has not been implemented.Thirdly,The reform of the promotion system of the community police is not perfect.Fourthly,the community police reform lacks the integrated system design.The last,their community police reform in advance is a lack of experience.So,This article mainly demonstrates the policy making in the following five aspects such as strengthening community police's thoughts education,improving the supervision mechanism of community police reform,improving the development mechanism of community-based civil police,promoting the reform of community policing integration as well as rationally planning joint defense measures and service functions.
