The Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of People's Livelihood Policing Mechanism In Safe Benxi

With the rapid development of China's economy,the public's awareness of rights is increasing,and their demands for reform of the political system and changes in government functions have increased.This is manifested in police affairs,which means that in addition to maintaining order and cracking down on crimes,the police in addition to traditional responsibilities,people should be the core and people's livelihood should be the goal to provide more comprehensive services for the people,resulting in "people's livelihood policing".In fact,the implementation of "people's livelihood policing" will not only help the people live and work in peace and contentment,but also ensure the stable development of society and economy.It can be seen that research on the implementation of "people's livelihood policing" is of great significance.At present,many scholars at home and abroad have carried out related research on police mechanism reform and people's livelihood policing.They have basically affirmed the necessity of the implementation of "people's livelihood policing".However,most of these studies remain at the stage of theoretical exploration.The concept analysis and the connotation discussion are the mainstays,and the research on the people's livelihood policing from the policing practice is still lacking.Based on this,in order to comprehensively understand the current "People's Livelihood Police Service" and further promote the implementation of people's livelihood police service,this article uses the document analysis method,questionnaire survey method and data analysis method to systematically implement the "Livelihood Police Service" in Benxi City,Liaoning Province.Data analysis,specifically,based on the relevant literature,this article first sorts out the background and necessity of the implementation of "people's livelihood police" in Benxi City,and then designs a questionnaire on the implementation of "people's livelihood police" in Benxi from the aspects of police officers and residents of the jurisdiction.Investigate the situation to get the status quo and existing problems of the implementation of the strategy.At the same time,analyze the reasons for these problems,and finally put forward countermeasures and recommendations.Through research,this article finds that it is necessary for Benxi City to implement "People's Livelihood Police" whether it is based on the consideration of stronger police practice,rapid economic and social development,or because of increased social risks and increased levels of public demand.At the same time,the questionnaire survey data in this article shows that "People's Livelihood Police Service" in Benxi currently has a large number of service targets,a wide range of implementation,a variety of implementation methods,and initial implementation effects.However,due to the public's misunderstanding,inadequate police management mechanism,poor department linkage,and low professionalism in police law enforcement,Safe Benxi "People's Livelihood Policing" implementation also saw low public enthusiasm and relatively poor operational management capabilities.Poor people's livelihood policing efficiency is low,and the police's credibility in law enforcement is not high,which seriously affected the further development of Safe Benxi's "people's livelihood policing".In this regard,this article believes that the public security organs of Benxi should pay attention to the change of people's ideology,and should also improve the relevant police management mechanism,and try to achieve multi-departmental integration of information,action and law enforcement as much as possible,and also improve police officers to optimize the implementation of Safe Benxi's "people's livelihood police".
