One-stop E-government:On The Innovation Model Of “Internet + Government Service”

Since the “Internet+Government Service” was included in the “Internet+” action plan,the whole country has carried out different degrees of practice on this important strategy.The traditional government service model has been transformed and upgraded,China's E-government develops into a new level.How to make better use of “Internet+Government Service”?How to break the traditional mode of government services' barriers?How to use the Internet thinking to innovate the model of government services?With the development of “Internet+Government Service”,these problems need to be sovled.The author of this thesis start with current situation of “Internet+Government Service”,using questionnaires to investigative the using and effect of “Internet+ Government Service”,analyse and summarize the results of the survey and some related statistics reports.In order to find the problems,such as incomplete function of government service,difficult to share information of government affairs,value “technology” but ignore “government affairs”,which existe in the “Internet+ Government Service”,then the author analyse the causes behind it.Secondly,by clearing the functions of One-stop E-government,comparing the differences between the traditional government model and One-stop E-government model,the author explore One-stop E-government's significance to solve the problems of “Internet+ Government Service”.Finally,the author combine with New Public Management Theory,Seamless Government Theory and Joined-Up Government Theory,propose suggestions from idea,technology,channel to innovate the model of One-stop E-government.In the “Internet+” era,One-stop E-government needs to build user oriented,by breaking the barriers between online and offline,to set up an open and shared government information database,integrates of multi-channel government service platforms,using the Internet technology and mobile information technology to develop new media market to achieve the goal of “One access,Full service”.One-stop E-government innovats the model of “Internet+Government Service”,it is going to be a major trend of “Internet + Government Service” in the future.
