Research On Government Management Of College Students' Entrepreneurship

Today's China is in a period of social transformation.The economic restructuring and industrial upgrading continue.At the same time,the number of college graduates in China is also increasing year by year.The employment of college students has become a serious problem for us.The problem.In order to solve this problem and improve this situation,self-employment has become a new way for many college students to solve employment problems.However,for most college students,self-successful entrepreneurship is often very difficult.University graduates are often difficult due to insufficient start-up funds.Get into a business dilemma.In response to this,it is an effective solution to help college students to start their own businesses through government management and support.However,the government's current management of college students' entrepreneurship is still not perfect.Therefore,it is particularly important to re-examine the government's work on entrepreneurship management of Chinese college students.This paper is mainly based on the theory of government functions and the theory of government governance.Through reading and analyzing the current government policy documents related to college students' entrepreneurship and the existing research literature,as well as interviews with some college students,this paper discusses the current government management of college students' entrepreneurship in China.Research and analysis.The study finds that the development of college students' entrepreneurial policies in China can be divided into four stages.Thepreliminary exploration stage from the end of the 19 th century to 2002 encourages college students to start high-tech entrepreneurship,and gradually promotes the period of 2003-2008,providing entrepreneurial preferential policies,2009-2013 In the key promotion phase of the year,the entrepreneurial policy was gradually improved,and the comprehensive promotion phase from 2014 to the present,the entrepreneurship policy was fully implemented.The government has made some achievements in the management of college students' entrepreneurship.However,there are still some lack of professional management institutions;lack of professional management personnel;the financing channels for college students' entrepreneurship are not perfect;the entrepreneurial education is relatively lagging.On this basis,we believe that we can strengthen and solve the following aspects: strengthen departmental cooperation,improve management system;improve the professional level of entrepreneurial managers;optimize the financing channels for college students' entrepreneurship;and strengthen entrepreneurship education.
