The development history of subjective education in our country have been decades.And with the social development, the educator give more attention to the development of students as the "subject". The education concept of "The people-oriented, education first"have been always emphasized in our country, especially the children’s comprehensive development in compulsory education, can affect the sustainable development of our country. The young pioneers education in the stage of compulsory education is an integral part of education with Chinese characteristics, the young pioneers is one of the children’s mass organizations in China, young pioneers who belong to the young pioneers organization, their growth and development need various activities, the young pioneers organization also carry out ideological education through many kinds of activities. So, Are young pioneers’ subjectivity in these activities been played fully? The author studied young pioneers activities in a primary school, and observed the basic situation of young pioneers display of subjectivity in these activities, analyzed the reason of young pioneers whose subjectivity were limited in activities, and thought the strategies of how to promote the young pioneers’ subjectivity deeply.The paper described the display of young pioneers subjectivity in Z primary school from two dimensions objectively. Firstly, the author described the present situation of the young pioneers’ subjectivity from the time dimension of different grades (low grade,middle grade and high grade); secondly, the author described the present situation of the young pioneers" subjectivity from the spatial dimension of different activities (ritual activities, school-based activities of the young pioneers, Red Tour). Then, the author summarized the existing problems about the display of young pioneers subjectivity in the process, explored the main reasons for the lack of subjectivity from the organization,society, school,family and self aspects, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures based on these reasons, seeking a possible way out.The study found that the play of young pioneers’ subjectivity is limited, and the reason is complicated. For example: the political attribute of the young pioneers organization, the "discipline" of ceremony in the young pioneers activities, the play of"social logic" in the school, extrusion of exam-oriented education system, the school pays attention to the efficiency of education, the spread of the school education inequality, The influence of unreasonable educational values in family education, young pioneers lack of their own subjective conscious and subjective ability, and so on. To solve these problems,this study put forward some countermeasures. For example: rethink of the young pioneers organization’s attributes, to guide the young pioneers organization automation from the organizational level; Put forward to promote the activities puerility and socialization of individual from the social level; Pay attention to the development of quality education,accelerate the education democracy and equality, the development of personality and expertise from the school level; From the perspective of family education, we should actively change the concept of family education and promote the cooperation between"family and school"; Strengthen the subject consciousness and main body ability of the young pioneers themselves from the individual level, and so on. Young pioneers display of the subjectivity, of course, cannot be solved by one kind of power, it requires a resultant force that positive cycle. The future education, will also be improved in the process of realization about the young children’s subjectivity.
