Since the reform and opening up,China's economic development has been dominated by the model of high energy consumption and high pollution,resulting in increasingly prominent contradiction between the supply and demand of land resources.In the process of urbanization,in the confrontation between "ensuring economic development" and "protecting the red line of cultivated land",the situation of illegal land use in China is becoming increasingly severe,the number of land resources complaints and visits is high,and the loss of cultivated land resources is constant,which has a major negative impact on China's economy,society,environment and ecology.Illegal land use is the product of land economy development to a certain stage,illegal land use management involves multiple interest subjects,is a comprehensive research topic.Guangzhou B district as the center of the six most abundant land resources in the administrative area,is located in the traffic crossroads,land development demand is very strong,broke out in the various types of illegal land use are fairly typical.At the same time,Due to the early start of the investigation and control of illegal land use behavior in Guangzhou,the experience obtained and the current investigation and control mode are relatively perfect.Therefore,taking B District as the research object has important reference significance for studying the governance of illegal land use.This paper is devoted to the study of illegal land management in B district,Guangzhou city,and puts forward constructive Suggestions based on the comprehensive analysis and comparison of domestic research status and relevant methods.This paper analyzes the status quo,causes and countermeasures of illegal land use in B district by means of literature analysis and data analysis.Firstly,by summarizing the theoretical achievements of domestic and foreign experts on land management and illegal land use governance,the concept of illegal land use behavior and illegal land use governance is clarified,and the necessity of illegal land use governance is explained from the definition.Secondly,the status quo of illegal land use in the development of B district is studied,and the status quo of illegal land use in the region is expounded from the analysis of the quantity,scale,spatial distribution and composition of illegal land use in B district.Then through the B district's current economic development situation,land management system,illegal land use behavior governance capacity and related laws and regulations to summarize the analysis of the B district illegal land use behavior problems and causes.Finally,aiming at B district illegal use of land management and puts forward some countermeasures and Suggestions,strive to find government illegal land use effective countermeasures,curb illegal land use in a number of ways,to protect the precious land resources,realize the rational allocation of land resources,form a good order of land management.
