Influencing Factors And Strategic Conception Of Institutional Pension In Yantai

With the deepening of the aging of the population,the miniaturization of family structure and the increasing dependency ratio of the elderly,the burden of supporting the elderly in China is becoming increasingly heavy.In order to better solve this problem,China strongly encourages and supports the development of institutional pension industry.As a typical medium-sized city with severe aging,Yantai city is faced with a general pension dilemma.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the elderly care willingness and its influencing factors in Yantai.The research content of this paper mainly includes six parts: the first part is the introduction,which describes the research background and significance,the research status at home and abroad,the research content,research methods and possible innovations;the second part is the theoretical summary,which describes the related concepts and theories involved;the third part is the analysis of the current situation,the current situation of population aging in Yantai City,the development status of pension institutions and the existing problems The fourth is the selection of variables and the establishment of models,mainly including the explanation of variables,the introduction of models,the establishment of models,the detection model and the construction of index system;the fifth is the empirical analysis,using single factor analysis and logistic regression analysis to process the data,from the four dimensions of influencing factors to explore the elderly institutions' willingness to provide for the aged,and get the following conclusions: Nearly 1 / 4 of the elderly interviewed are willing to live in the elderly care institutions.At the same time,tendentious factors,enabling factors,demand factors and institutional factors all have a significant impact on the elderly care willingness of Yantai city.Sixth,policy recommendations,according to the results of the previous study,this paper proposes: to increase the publicity of institutional elderly care and promote the elderly care concept To change,the elderly care institutions should improve the service quality,improve the living environment of the elderly,adjust the tariff standards of the elderly care institutions,increase preferential efforts,improve the legal and regulatory system for the elderly,and protect the legitimate rights and interests of the elderly...
