The essential issue of ethnic relations is how to develop together.Symbiosis theory can provide a new perspective for the study of ethnic relations.Minority intergrowth is a process not only for ethnic groups to improve themselves,but also for all ethnic co-prosperity and mutual optimization.Minority intergrowth can reflect the symbiotic relationship and complementary relationship during the ethnic interaction.It is also a production of social and historical development.During the long process of historical ethnic development,a final pattern of ethnic relationship has been formed by migration,communication,mutual respect,solidarity,tolerance and acceptance,intermarriage and ethnic integration,which are comprehensively influenced by political,economic,cultural and social forces.Symbiosis theory contains abundance ecological implications and value pursuit for ecological harmony,which is a world view to require coexistence co-prosperity between human being and nature,and also a methodology to achieve sustainable development between man and man,and man and the nature.Meanwhile,it is the rule of nature and social development,and finally it can achieve the unification of sustainable development on purposiveness and regularity.Langmu Temple Town is a multi-ethnic village inhabited by Hui,Tibetan and Han,located in Luqu,Gannan,which is the border area between Gansu province and Sichuan province.During the history,it is a trade corridor in Longxi,which also is a focus of business culture.Tibetan area continue to promote the Five-sphere Integrated Plan and the Four-Pronged Comprehe nsive Strategy,accurately focus on the great blueprint of all the ethnic groups are united as one to jointly build the Chinese Dream,and construct a common spiritual homeland of Chinese nationality.Through the field investigation on ethnic relationships in the new period,comprehensively and respectively analyze from economic,cultural,political and ecological aspects on the development tendency of ethnic relationships in Langmu Temple Town.And conclude the main factor on promoting the development of ethnic relationships in Langmu Temple Town and effecting development of ethnic relationship,which can provide theoretical guidance and experience for ethnic relationships in other regions.
