Research On The New Round Of Railway Public Security Organ Management System Reform

In accordance with the requirements of the reform of Party and state institutions and the reform of public security,railway police teams will be transferred to the ministry of Public Security for unified management starting from 2018.However,the inertia of the original management mode restricts the railway police to fulfill their duties under the new system.Fundamentally,we still need to find the answer from the railway public security management system,and actively explore innovative police operation mode and mechanism.Starting from the establishment and development of railway public security,this paper focuses on the analysis of the defects of the original management system.Through the in-depth exploration of the status quo of railway public security in the process of operation,it is found that there are big problems in the management system,public security management mechanism,personnel management,logistics support and other aspects.On this basis,through the present railway public security historical development process,the specific background of various problems and further research focus on railway public security management system of the existing defects and causes,and from their role,the super-ministries reform,police set,rank promotion,technology strong p,standardization construction and so on multiple dimensions explore the measures suggested to improve management system of railway public security organs.
