Research On Public Security Management Of Railway Public Security Bureau

Railway transportation is an important part of the domestic transport.China now has become the country with the longest operating and longest operating high-speed railway in the world.High-speed rail has created a new way of life,become a trend,and evolved into a kind of productivity.Many countries in the world have incorporated the construction of high-speed rail into their national development plans.High-speed rail has become an important mode of transportation in our national life.More people means more crime.High speed rail is so convenient that many criminal has take advantage of it.Crime that happened in the railway station goes to police office of the railway station.The safety of stations and trains is so important that they guaranteed the regional and national security.However,high flow speed of personnel and large population density aggravates the difficulty of safety management of railway station vehicles and also increases the difficulty of safety management of railway public security station vehicles.Railway safety includes station,train and line.Railway safety belongs to the scope of public utilities,and the smooth development of this public utility greatly affects China's economic development and national security.The management of railway safety should require the government to enter into and guide it from the perspective of public management.The safety of high-speed railway stations mainly focuses on four aspects:passengers' safety inspection,drug detection,online chase escape,and anti-terrorism.These are also the daily work of every railway police officer.Although some parts are similar to the components of local public security work,because of the particularity and complexity of railway crimes,the working ability and strain capacity of the police are more important.This paper will take the Dalian north railway station as an example to analyze the main contents of the safety affairs management of the high-speed railway station,extract the problems encounteredin the daily work,and put forward some suggestions and opinions for the safety affairs management of the high-speed railway station based on the daily work practice of the Dalian north railway station of.The background of research,research object and starting point of this paper are briefly explained in the first section.The content and significance of the safety management of high-speed railway station are defined conceptually.At last,the research framework of this paper is determined on the basis of summarizing excellent research experience at home and abroad.The second section takes daily work of railway public security bureau content and development status as the research object,introduces the daily work consists of four parts:safety inspection,drug detection,arrest and escape,and anti-terrorism.Based on the data analysis of the four basic work,this paper introduces the specific work content and the way to carry out the work,obtains relevant data through interviews and data collection,and summarizes the status quos of various work development in railway public security bureau high-speed railway station.The third section,takes the police station of Dalian north railway station where the author works as the breakthrough point,specifically introduces how the basic unit of railway public security organs carry out the four parts of work,which are security inspection,drug detection,detection and escape,and anti-terrorism.The fourth section mainly summarizes the problems faced by railway public security bureau in daily work and briefly analyzes the causes,including the shortage of police force in the first line,the lagging development of technical means and the confusion of management system.The last section mainly gives specific suggestions on the problems faced by the security affairs management of railway public security bureau,including strengthening the management of the civil police force,improving the overall quality of the civil police,strengthening the construction of troops,accelerating the construction of intelligence information,and improving the management plan of routine work process.
