| Our government has always attached great importance to cultural propaganda and public opinion guidance.From the founding of new China,to the reform and opening up,and then to the era of interconnection,the government’s understanding and ideas of cultural propaganda and public opinion guidance are also developing with the times.With the development of economy and the progress of science and technology,television and network are gradually rising and popularizing.As the main way of information dissemination,they affect people’s work and life all the time.In the current era of cultural integration,media diversity and rapid information dissemination,how to strengthen the guidance of public opinion in the television and network communication,enhance the public’s sense of identity with the excellent traditional Chinese culture,and advocate the socialist core values is a subject that the government has to face.Under the pressure of market competition,TV and network media try their best to expand their influence in order to pursue economic benefits.In recent years,the TV media launched talent shows,star reality shows,blind date shows and popular online star gossip,online celebrity live broadcast,spoof video,etc.have occupied more and more ratings and click through rates.However,in order to get enough attention,the media exposed the tendency of excessive entertainment in the program.This kind of excessive pursuit of attraction and influence,blind pursuit of sensory stimulation,neglect of their own cultural connotation,decline in cultural taste,lack of cultural responsibility,gradually formed a blasphemous and highly respected "national entertainment" phenomenon,which not only effectively meets the people’s entertainment and spiritual needs,but also has a certain impact on the social ideological value orientation.By combing the changes of the government’s guiding ideology of public opinion in different periods,this paper expounds the background and main types of the phenomenon of "national entertainment" in television and network communication,summarizes the characteristics of television and network communication under the phenomenon of "national entertainment",and tries to establish and improve the corresponding laws and regulations based on the theory of polycentric governance,the theory of policy tools and the theory of "three pole mode",This paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on the deficiency of government’s public opinion guidance under the phenomenon of "national entertainment" from six aspects,such as creating a good control environment,improving the handling level of TV and network public opinion,eliminating the entertainment of the whole people,focusing on the control of the public opinion field,and cultivating the correct values and aesthetic power of the public.The government should consciously guide the media and the public to participate in the process of modernization of national governance capacity and governance system as multiple subjects in national governance.In order to develop our cultural undertakings and cultural industry,correct the bad wind in cultural communication,guide the public to broaden their own horizons,walk out of the strange circle of "national entertainment",and make good use of TV,Internet and other media for positive communication The function of broadcasting is to spread and carry forward the socialist core values and make efforts to further build our socialist cultural power. |
