A Research On The Improvement Of China Rural Public Security Service In The New Era

Along with the active promotion of Rural Revitalization Strategy and the steady improvement of urban population rate,China has preliminarily completed its urbanization process,the gap between city and rural country has been gradually reduced,the social division of labor tends to be refined,urban and rural population ties are closer,and the pattern of urban and rural interests is also undergoing profound adjustment.The demand of farmers and rural society has risen from simply increasing income to the pursuit of advanced services for cultural,educational,healthcare and safety at a higher level.This urgent demand based on material and spiritual satisfaction reflects the improvement of the quality of people's livelihood.The world now is in a period of great change that hasn't been seen in a century.With the in-depth development of bilateral polarization,economic globalization,social informatization and cultural diversity,the reform of global governance system and international order is speeding up.The changes of world situation,national and rural conditions will bring severe impacts and challenges to rural public security services in China.In particular,the problems of the increase of rural public security incidents,the deterioration of rural ecological environment,agricultural production accidents and group public security incidents are very prominent,and there are weak links in rural public security.The issue of rural public security service is not only related to the stability of rural areas,but also directly related to the effectiveness of the whole country's public security service,and related to the overall situation of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way and realizing the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Based on this,this paper studies the improvement of rural public security service level in the new era.The purpose of the research is to analyze the main problems in rural public security service in the new era,analyze and find the main reasons for the problems,and on this basis,explore the effective way to improve the rural public security service level with innovative ideaThis research has five subparts:The first chapter is the introduction,given the background,significance and goal of the research,current research findings,the main content,the key points,difficulties and innovations,as well as the ideas and methods used in the study.The second chapter is the overview of China rural public security service,with definition the rural public security service and its related concepts,it also demonstrates the importance and necessity of improving China rural public security service in modern times.The third chapter is a major part of the study which mainly reviews the history and development of rural public security service in China,on such basis it highlights the latest status in modern times,and try to dig for the main causes of problems.The last chapter is another key part of this research,to discuss how to improve the level of rural public security services in six aspects,with measures include strengthen the party and the political power in foundation,provide strong organization policy;accelerate the build of the full emergency response system,improve the community resilience in disaster recovery;enhance of legislation foundation,arise legal awareness and provide legal assurance;improve rural social governance by bilateral governance and sharing,work case by case in accordance with local conditions,equalization of rural public security services,and professional education in public security services.The last part is the conclusion for this research.
