Research On The Optimization Of Government Function In The Technological Innovation Of G District Of Nanchong City

Science and technology are the first productive forces,and innovation is the first driving force for development.Scientific and technological innovation plays a decisive role in a country’s comprehensive strength.To improve the overall level of national scientific and technological innovation,top-level design alone is far from enough,but also needs the efforts of counties.In the process of promoting county science and technology innovation,county government plays a key role.The full play of its functional mechanism can greatly improve the county’s scientific and technological innovation ability.At present,in terms of the level of scientific and technological innovation in the country,it is not only a hindrance to the development of the county economy,but also an obstacle to the progress of national scientific and technological innovation.In order to improve the level of scientific and technological innovation in the county,we must rely on the role of the county government,deeply implement the innovation driven development strategy,put innovation at the core of the overall development of the county.Only when the county government functions optimally,can scientific and technological innovation have a good environment for sustainable development.This article first summarizes the current research status of the government function in the scientific and technological innovation at home and abroad,then discusses the necessity of the government function in the scientific and technological innovation,using literature research,interview,statistical analysis,and relevant theories,taking the government function in the scientific and technological innovation in G District of Nanchong City as the research object,through the scientific and technological innovation in G District of Nanchong City and based on the analysis of the present situation of the government’s function exertion,this paper points out the problems of the government’s function exertion in the scientific and technological innovation of G District of Nanchong City,which are mainly caused by the low efficiency of the organization and management system,the limited location and financial strength,and the policy insufficient implementation.Finally,on the basis of the analysis of the problems,the advanced experience of promoting scientific and technological innovation of county-level governments in other regions of the province is actively used for reference,and combined with the actual situation of G District of Nanchong City,it is proposed that the G district government of Nanchong city should actively optimize the scientific and technological innovation environment,increase the investment ofscientific and technological innovation funds,accelerate the cultivation of scientific and technological innovation talents and other functional optimization suggestions,so as to promote g of Nanchong City In scientific and technological innovation,the district gives full play to the government’s functions,improves the government’s scientific and technological management and service level,scientifically allocates various resources in the region,constantly meets the economic and social demand for science and technology in the District,promotes the transformation of its own economic development mode,and strives to build Nanchong g District into a "three high new area" with high-end industrial cluster development,high-end talents gathering and innovation,and high-quality life integration and sharing,and truly realize the strong area of science and technology.
