Research On The Path Of Community Micro-regeneration Based On Self-organization Theory

As the urban community construction enters the stage of stock development,the top-down community renewal mode ignores the needs of residents.Therefore,the gradual Micro-regeneration mode,which is based on the local space of residents’ daily life and carried out through the bottom-up public participation,emerges at the right moment.However,the path dependence caused by the top-down administrative system and the lack of community publicity make this model into a promotion dilemma.Based on this,the research uses the framework of Self-organization Theory to construct the path of community Micro-regeneration from the perspectives of internal interactions,interactions with the external environment and action procedures.After that,the research conducts an empirical analysis on the case of installing elevators to existing residential buildings in T community,Tianjin.On the basis of the path demonstration,it provides method guidance for general community Micro-regeneration actions.Self-organization is the core of community Micro-regeneration,so that the establishment of the framework is also based on the formation of self-organization.Firstly,driven by community social capital and actual space demand,"community capable people" attract residents to participate in Micro-regeneration interest groups,and interact with competition and collaboration.Secondly,the resident groups exchange energy with the complex external environment,and realize self-organizing expansion under gradual change and mutation.Thirdly,a procedure of "issue proposal-scheme coordination-intention achievement" is proposed to reach the ultimate goal,which is to promote the improvement of residents’ social capital and realize the overall development of the community on the basis of the completion of Micro-regeneration projects.On this basis,the case study of installing elevators to existing residential buildings in T community,Tianjin is conducted,which was concluded that the two selforganization jumps occurred in residents’ interaction,and the policy and technical support were obtained through circular consultation with the elevator installation company and the Elevator Installation Office.Apart from these,the successful implementation of the project also laid a foundation for the promotion of installing elevators.Based on the analysis of individual cases,it is found that the access conditions of community Micro-regeneration are limited,the self-organization is featured with a spiral rise in the process of Micro-regeneration,and the symbiotic relationship between social capital and self-organization is promoted in this process.The case has accumulated some experience in the operation mode of marketization,specialized route arrangement and proactive promotion arrangement,but it also has the limitation of administration-oriented and results-oriented.So from the perspective of organization construction,it is put forward that we should actively cultivate community "community capable people",distribute social capital and innovate the paradigm of Micro-regeneration.And from the perspective of path building,we should also respect for individual interests under the broad consultation,achieve sustainable Microregeneration update by the external environment,and combine grassroots autonomy and community self-organization build path optimization suggestions.
