A Study On The Selection And Appointment Of The Chinese Communist Party During The Yan'an Period

Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party Central Committee with Xi Jinping at its core has attached great importance to the construction of cadre ranks,and there are more and more studies on the selection and appointment of cadres of the Chinese Communist Party.A lot of research has been carried out and a large number of results have been formed.Strengthening the cadre team building is an important starting point for the party's self-improvement and improvement.During the Yan'an period,the party's cadre team building has achieved remarkable results and rich practices,which can provide a useful reference for the current cadre team building.This article focuses on the research on the selection and appointment of cadres of the Communist Party of China during the Yan'an period.Through a historical investigation of the details of the selection of cadres in the Yan'an period,we strive to restore the overall picture of the party's cadre selection work in the Yan'an period,and draw on historical experience from them in order to provide cadre selection work in the new period.reference.The first part of the paper analyzes the origin and historical background of the theory about selection of cadre of the Communist Party of China during the Yan'an period,and sorts out the understanding of issues on selection of cadre by Marx,Engels,Lenin,and the Chinese Communist Party represented by Mao Zedong by analyzing the theoretical foundation,historical reference and realistic foundation.And formes a preliminary understanding of the issue of cadre selection during the Yan'an period by investigating the methods of selecting cadres in the early days of the founding of the Party,the Great Revolution,and the Agrarian Revolution.The second part of the paper constructs the practical content of the selection of cadres of the Communist Party of China in the Yan'an period,summarizes the relevant documents about selection of cadres that issued in the Yan'an period,and sorts out theprocess of unitary selection of the party's cadres.Studies institution of selection of cadres,conduct research on institution of selection of cadres of CCP and the institution of political power,respectively,analyzes the functions undertaken by the cadre selection organs and gradually move towards a standardized process,analyze the functions undertaken by the selection of cadres and the process of gradual standardization.Secondly,this paper studies the relevant systems about selection of cadres,including the deployment and exchange system,the assessment and reward system,and the supervision system.Summarizes three methods of selection of cadre,namely,the appointment system,appointment system,and appointment system,and combs the cadres' appointment and removal authority and appointment and removal methods in different ways.Finally,the sources of cadre selection are summarized.During the Yan'an period,cadres were mainly selected from women,local cadres,various schools and training courses,and intellectuals.The third part summarizes the experience of selecting cadres of the Communist Party of China during the Yan'an period,and analyzes the enlightment on how to deal with cadre selection in the new age.During the Yan'an period,the Communist Party of China paid attention to the inheritance of theory and practice,and learned good practices from the cadre management experience of the Great Revolution and Soviet Russia.The Principal of the Party Supervising Carders,the correct cadre selection policy,and the various methods established to identify cadres during the Yan'an period are all valuable assets for the selection of cadres in the new age.During the Yan'an period,the Party formed a systematic management method on the selection of cadres.It promulgated a large number of relevant documents for the selection of cadres,established management institutions,clarified management methods,improved related systems,and carried out a large number of cadre selection work.Studying the selection of party cadres during the Yan'an period theoretically helps to enrich the content of cadre team research and improve the relevant theories of cadre team construction.In practice,it is helpful to explore the law of the construction of the party'scadre team in the new period,analyze the problems in the selection of cadres,and summarize the laws of cadre work.It is the starting point and the purpose of this article to sort out and restore the practice of selecting party cadres during the Yan'an period,and to sum up experience and explore its enlightenment?...
