Research On Government Regulation Of Service Quality Of Taxi In Quanzhou

Taxi,as an important tool for people's daily commuting,it is increasingly popular with residents all over the world with its advantages of convenience and rapidity.However,with the rapid development of taxi industry in China,taxi service quality problems are increasingly prominent.There are several problems of taxi drivers commonly seen in the press such as bargaining,detour,rejection and poor service attitude.These bad phenomena restrict the stable and healthy development of taxi industry,and even seriously affect the image of the whole city.For building healthy and stable development of taxi industry and promoting urban competitiveness and the overall image of the city,it is suggested that all of people in the city shall give advice and suggestions and provide basis and support.Solutions on how to improve the regulation of taxi service quality has become an urgent problem for the industry.This paper determines that that the connotation of taxi service quality should include the safety,economy,responsiveness,convenience and comfort of taxi service through the elaboration of the relevant content of government regulation theory and the analysis of the specific application of government regulation theory in the taxi industry.Taking Quanzhou City as an example,we firstly can understand the general situation of the taxi industry in Quanzhou City and the overall understanding of its company size,employees,management rights,freight rate standards and management organizations through literature research and participatory observation;secondly,we are able to understand the main content of service quality regulation of taxi in Quanzhou City through collecting the literature and data of the government regulation of the taxi industry.Among them,it includes the following five aspects: ensuring the safety of passengers in multiple aspects,taking multiple measures to ensure the fair and reasonable freight rate,ensuring the timely response of passengers' needs in multiple aspects,providing convenient and quick taxi operation services and creatingcomfortable riding experience;thirdly,by using the regulation theory to analyze the effectiveness and problems of the current regulation policy of taxi service quality in Quanzhou City,we can reflect on the deep-seated reasons;finally,according to the reality of the quanzhou city taxi industry to follow and effectively the service quality of government regulation,proposed should strictly control the taxi operators of barriers to entry,ensuring the taxi freight reasonable justice,transform government functions and moderate decentralization,urge enterprises to implement the main body responsibility,and strengthen the supervision of operating with a unified law enforcement standard these five aspects to improve quanzhou city taxi service quality of government regulation.
