Case Work Involved In The Path Research Of Telecom Network Fraud Among The Elderly

China is one of the countries that entered the aging process earlier.Under this background,the society actively took corresponding measures to protect the legitimate rights and interests of the elderly,so that the needs of the elderly can be guaranteed.At the moment,some criminals seize the aging trend of the times and take advantage of the problem of the elderly's cognitive aging and the weak supporting system,and implement fraud through the telecommunications network technology.To a large extent,it affects the normal life of the elderly in their later years.Nowadays,as the aging population is becoming more and more serious,the deception audience is becoming more and more extensive.At present,the academic circles in the field of telecommunications fraud have focused on cognitive-behavioral therapy,correcting the irrational cognition of the service providers and helping the clients to be deceived.This study takes a case of fraud in the elderly in the L community as an example.After taking a cognitive approach,the author grasps the core issue of seniors' emotional deficiency.Through social support theory and communication theory as the theoretical guidance,case service is carried out from three levels,namely,discovering emotional relationship,constructing emotional system and strengthening social emotion.It explores deeply the emotional factors of the old people being deceived,and constructs the family and social emotional system to help the elderly avoid cheating and gain a good emotional experience.The findings show that emotional intervention has a significant effect on improving the loneliness of elderly people by the problem of Internet fraud.In the face of emotional problems,the elderly group can improve their mental status more effectively than the intervention of the cognitive level through active intervention in the emotional system of the elderly.In order to avoid the problem of being deceived by the emotional projection of the unlawful elements,finally,this study attempts to provide reference and consideration for the follow-up researchers to intervene in the elderly's cheating problem from the perspective of emotion.Based on the practice,we should reflect on the importance of constructing good emotional support in the group of deceived old people.
