Research On Prevention Of Telecommunication Network Fraud In Urban Communities Of City

In recent years,the criminal activities of telecommunications network fraud have become rampant,and telecommunications network fraud has become a serious social problem today,causing great harm to the property security and legitimate rights and interests of the people of our country,destroying social integrity and order,becoming one of the important factors affecting the safety of the people and social harmony and stability,and seriously affecting the people’s sense of gain,happiness,and security.t can be said that cracking down on telecommunications network fraud is not only a legal task,but also a practical livelihood project.How to combat telecommunications network fraud,safeguard network security,and ensure social harmony and stability has become a common challenge for the entire society,and also tests the governance capabilities of governments at all levels.In the process of preventing and governing telecommunications network fraud,grassroots governments have made extensive explorations and have initially formed coordination and linkage mechanisms,supervision and inspection mechanisms,assessment mechanisms,reward and punishment mechanisms,and social supervision mechanisms,and have achieved certain results.However,the network is not sound enough,the system is not perfect enough,the coverage is not wide enough,the influence is not large enough,and the issue of low social attention and support is still prominent.Telecom network fraud cannot be effectively prevented fundamentally.Based on collaborative governance theory,holistic governance theory,and social support network theory,and with clear concepts,this article conducts a survey of the current situation of preventing telecommunications network fraud in urban communities in D City.It analyzes the difficulties faced by urban communities in preventing telecommunications network fraud in D City,and explores three dilemmas:a relatively passive approach to prevention and governance,and a lack of synergy among diverse governance entities,singly the means of prevention and publicity.Through in-depth research and analysis,and drawing on the experience of preventing telecommunications network fraud in urban communities in Wuhan and Shishi City,this paper proposes three specific countermeasures: transforming governance ideas,fully mobilizing the synergy between the community and the police station,and enriching community publicity methods to effectively enhance the public’s awareness of prevention,aimed at fundamentally improving the level of prevention of telecommunications network fraud in D City and improving governance effectiveness,And provide ideas for preventing telecommunications network fraud in other urban communities of the same type.
