A Study On The Healthy Social Psychological Cultivation Of The Rural Poor Based On The Perspective Of New Humanism

Eliminating poverty,improving people's livelihood,and achieving common prosperity are the essential requirements of socialism.Chinese society has been fighting poverty throughout the history.Various ancient land reform systems have gradually made China the center of the world.Modern and modern rural agricultural reforms have laid a solid material and mass foundation for China's long-term development.China has always attached great importance to rural development.The status of national development.Especially in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,Chinese precision poverty alleviation" and "precision poverty alleviation" policies,the Party Central Committee and the government attach more importance to rural development,highlight the status of rural areas,and implement the strategy of rural revitalization.The issue of agriculture was included in the No.1 Central Document.After concentrated efforts across the country,"two cares and three guarantees" have been basically completed,and poverty-stricken counties across the country have gradually got rid of poverty;the rule of law,autonomy and morality in villages have been gradually realized;rural civilization,ecological livability,effective governance,prosperous industries,and rich living Initial results,but there are still many issues to be resolved.In 2020,a comprehensive well-off society is about to be realized.The poor have got rid of poverty and backwardness,and have made a huge leap in economics.But basically,the social mentality of the rural poor has not been reversed,and the spiritual civilization and material civilization of the rural poor are not synchronized.The main manifestations are: lack of poverty and fatal consciousness leads to lack of confidence in poverty alleviation;sluggish mental appearance leads to knowledge and mental atrophy and so on,relying on ideological encouragement leads to passive and no awareness of poverty alleviation.From the perspective of rural revitalization,this paper recognizes that cultivating the social mentality of the rural poor is the fundamental way to stimulate the endogenous impetus of the poor.From the perspective of Ryan's "new humanist view",it can sort out the generation of poor social mentality of the poor Logic: Within the limits of the personal qualities of the poor,influenced by traditional values,the social mentality gradually formed in the game of the interests of various subjects in the poverty alleviation policy.And on the basis of the theory,put forward measures and suggestions suitable for China's national conditions.In addition to the "Introduction" and "Conclusion",this article is demonstrating the social mentality of the rural poor.There are four parts in total.The first part is an overview of the main theories,including social mentality,the concept of new humanism,and Xi Jinping's socialism with Chinese characteristics.Tackling ideas and so on.The second part mainly elaborates the typical social mentality problems of the rural poor people in today 's country.Through the inspection of data and field research,the common problems of the rural poor people in China are found: including the fatal awareness of poverty leads to a lack of confidence in poverty alleviation;Wait for the thoughts to help lead to passive without consciousness of poverty alleviation.The third part analyzes the causes of the social mentality of the rural poor people through the theory of new humanism.The analysis from four perspectives mainly includes: self-analysis-role change and lack of identity;self and other-lack of self-esteem and basic government Distrust;self-society-personal and social connection loss and hereditary;and poor self-low self-recognition and self-confidence,analyze and discuss from these four angles,and find corresponding solutions.The fourth part puts forward specific measures and countermeasures in conjunction with the "new humanism concept" and the actual problems to improve the spiritual civilization of the rural poor,so as to solve the social mentality problem,and cultivate self-esteem,self-confidence,positive,rational and peaceful social mentality,mainly from Three aspects: personal quality improvement,social environment improvement and government system.Finally,the conclusions and prospects of the research,mainly put forward the prospects of cultivating the rural poor people's healthy social mentality in the future and the deficiencies of this article.
