Research On Service Strategies Of Social Support Network Construction For Rural Poor Families

Rural poor families have always been the focus of the government and society.To solve the problem of poverty among poor rural families and improve their living conditions is conducive to maintaining social harmony and stability.Accurate support,precise poverty alleviation of social policy and action,preliminary solve the rural poverty family life,jobs,education and so on,but with the deepening of the poverty alleviation work,found only from the government level to support vulnerable groups,only do material support,can't solve the problems of poor families,good not comprehensive to respond the needs of the rural poor families.It is necessary to tap into the strength of all aspects and solve the deeper problems faced by rural poor families.Therefore,it is of great significance for social work to intervene in the work of helping poor families in rural areas.However,how should social workers participate in rural poverty alleviation?How to help rural poor families restore social functions?How to build social support network?This requires social work researchers to go deep into poor families,analyze the root causes of the problems of poor families through scientific methods and strategies,evaluate their needs,integrate various resources,explore their advantages,and assist the recovery of social functions of poor families.This study in fujian nanping A poor families in our village as the research object,by adopting the method of action research,investigation and study,for poor family social support network is not perfect and imperfect,formal and informal network support structure strength of single and weaker condition,put forward the construction of rural poverty family social support network of social work service strategy and scheme,help the rural poor families improve social support network.This paper analyzes the structure and strength of social support network for poor families from two aspects of formal support and informal support,and evaluates the current situation and defects of social support network for this group.Through action research,the social support network of rural poor families will be improved from two levels of formal and informal support,including family,neighborhood,social organization,community and society.The research of the action has achieved certain results: the interaction between the neighbors of poor rural families has been strengthened,family relations have been improved,and a volunteer team has been established to help poor rural families.The results show that the strategies and programs of social work under the guidance of social support network theory are effective and feasible.The paper is divided into five parts according to the paradigm requirements of the action research report: the first part is the introduction,mainly talking about the research background,literature review,research design and other basic issues;The second part analyzes the problems and needs of poor families in A village.The third part describes the strategy and implementation of the construction of social support network for rural poor families.The fourth part mainly tells the effect after the strategy is implemented;The fifth part reflects and discusses the strategy and responds to the questions raised.
