With the advent of the Internet age,network social platforms are affecting the construction of gender roles of teenagers in a specific way.First,Internet pornography,violence and other phenomena still exist,bad information affects the physical and mental health of teenagers.Second,the network social platform for the dislocation of the gender concept,the spread of gender culture seriously affect the development of youth gender awareness and the formation of gender concept.Teenagers are in the period of gender role preparation and choice,while gender education in our country has been in a state of absence,and teenagers urgently need correct gender knowledge and ideas.This paper adopts interview method and questionnaire method.First of all,the present situation of gender education knowledge of teenagers is investigated to understand the needs of teenagers in depth.Secondly,combing the opportunities and challenges of the network social platform and the needs of the development of the group social work,the group program design based on the empowerment theory,using the network social platform as the carrier to combine the methods and skills of the group work to carry out "TATATA" gender education group,using interview and observation method to evaluate the group's practical effect,the group helps teenagers strengthen their awareness of gender differences,enhance their gender identity,make the youth gender stereotype break through,and develop the characteristics of bisexual personality.Finally,this paper proposes the empowerment path of gender education group based on online social platform.Research found that in the Internet age,there are challenges and opportunities for the development of gender education.Network social platform's power relationship inversion,fast access to sexual information,peer pressure highlight,gender identity confusion to youth gender education challenges,but at the same time,the network age of information transmission of time-space,interaction,personalized innovation of youth gender education and empowerment path.Based on this,this paper puts forward the framework of youth gender education empowerment based on the problem of youth gender education in the network age,and realizes the individual and group level empowerment of youth gender education from theperspective of "subject-content" of gender education.The innovation of this paper is that the first is to innovate the "content-subject" demand analysis framework.In the part of demand analysis,we break through the previous analysis framework,construct the "content-subject" framework,and form four quadrants : " biological gender " and " social gender " based on content dimension and " individual cognition " and "group cognition " based on subject dimension,and express the cognition and demand of individuals and groups for biological gender and social gender.The group scheme sets goals according to the main dimension.The second is to innovate the working methods of the group with the network social platform as the carrier.Social workers make use of the advantages of network social platform to improve the propaganda recruitment,notice announcement,group game and group content of group social work,which greatly improves the work efficiency and promotes the realization of group goals.Third,innovative "individual-group" empowerment.This paper focuses on the analysis of adolescents' cognitive difficulties in gender differences,gender identity,gender roles and gender expectations,and realizes the individual and group empowerment of adolescent gender education from the "subject-content" perspective of gender education.
