Strategy Research On Community Home Care Service For Unit Type Community

The aging of the population poses severe challenges to the construction of China's pension service system.Traditional family pension and institutional pension functions are becoming increasingly weak.Community home pension is the best choice to solve the problem of pension in China.Community home-based old-age care is the best choice to solve China's old-age predicament as a model that combines the advantages of family old-age care and institutional old-age care.Using social work professional values and knowledge skills to intervene in community home care services is conducive to accurately identifying the needs of community home care services for the elderly,optimizing the supply form and content of community home care services,improving the quality of community home care services,and formulating for the government The community home care service policy provides a realistic reference.At present,research on social work intervention in community home care services focuses more on the common needs of ordinary elderly people,less on the new needs of the elderly in the unit community,and the social work agencies embed the community in the unit community to provide communities.Difficulties in home-based elderly care services have led to outstanding contradictions between the supply and demand of home-based elderly care services in unit-type communities.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the contradiction between the supply and demand of home-based old-age care services in units of community work for the improvement of community home-based old-age services in China.This study takes the Y university community in Guangzhou as an example.First,through field research and interviews,it is found that the community home care service needs of the elderly in the Y university community have significantly higher direct medical service needs than indirect health care services,and daily service needs are significantly higher.The demand for nursing service and autonomous service is significantly higher than that for guidance service,and the demand for explicit service is significantly higher than the demand for potential service.Then interview with the main suppliers of community home care services in Y colleges and universities to summarize the current status of the supply of home care services in Y college communities.By analyzing the current status of the supply and demand of home care services in Y college communities,it is concluded that the contradiction between the supply and demand of home care services in unit communities is mainly the supply and demand of life care services The gap is large,the demand for new medical and health care services is in short supply,the gap in the supply of new cultural and entertainment services is large,and the level of supply of spiritual comfort services is low and the degree of specialization is low.Therefore,it is proposed to use built-in and embedded intervention methods to carry out case management services for key people.The strategy of providing accurate service content and giving full play to the party's building strength to promote voluntary services.
