Research On Public Policy Of High Quality Development Of Modern Logistics Industry In Henan Province

In the new era,China's economy has changed from a stage of high-speed growth to a stage of high-quality development.Logistics industry is an important basic industry of national economy,which plays an important supporting role in the development of national economy.Promoting the high-quality development of modern logistics industry is also an important part of the high-quality development of economic society.In recent years,one belt,one road,one line and one road,has been striving to build a major hub and develop a large logistics industry in Henan.We should make full use of the advantages of location,transportation,market,port and other advantages to build a large hub and develop a large logistics.We will actively serve the one belt and one road”construction and move towards the strategic goal of "buying the whole world and selling the world".Through in-depth investigation and theoretical analysis,starting with the concept of logistics,logistics and modern logistics,public policy,government function theory,as well as the core meaning of high-quality development,this paper analyzes in detail the achievements,existing problems and countermeasures of modern logistics in Henan Province,and systematically summarizes the country and Henan since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China At the provincial level,the public policies to support the development of modern logistics industry are formulated,such as major decision-making and deployment,series of guiding opinions,special development plans and specific implementation plans.The existence of public policies to support the development of modern logistics industry in Henan Province is analyzed from three perspectives of "guiding policies","supporting policies" and "regulatory policies" On the basis of mastering the current situation of the development of modern logistics industry in Henan Province and supporting its development by systematic analysis,this paper puts forward suggestions on improving the public policy of high-quality development of modern logistics industry in Henan Province from three aspects:"Guiding public policy supply","supporting public policy supply" and"regulatory public policy supply".It is expected to help promote the transformation and upgrading of modern logistics industry,improve quality and efficiency,and achieve high-quality development.
