Since 2003,180 thousands new graduates come from more than one thousand university join the project of college student volunteers' service in the West for 1 to 3years.With the kinds of projects and volunteers growing,the structure of volunteers has reflected more problem,which affects the effects of the project.In this paper,the volunteers and their employers were regarded of the objects for research.By using relevant theories,it concluded the basic situation and characteristics after learning the structure of the volunteers.Then the optimization criteria of volunteer team are divided into identity,education,discipline,motivation,and job-connected.The paper pointed out every aspect of each volunteer team structural imbalances(problems).For these reasons,combined with the actual situation of the project of college student volunteers' service in the West,the paper we should improved the recruitment mechanism of volunteers,regulated the flow of volunteers using and implemented the policies for volunteers admitted. |
