Study On Motivation Of College Students' Volunteers

In 2018 as the 10 th anniversary of "5.12" Wenchuan earthquake,college student volunteers in China developed rapidly like a spurt,making great contributions to the relief of the disaster at that time in the great disaster.Even the society later took 2008 as the first year of volunteer in China.As an important part of China's volunteer service system,college students' volunteers play an important role in carrying out voluntary activities and promoting the construction of socialist harmonious society.College student volunteers belong to important branch of China youth volunteer,is the main source of young volunteers.The activities carried out by them not only contribute to China's volunteer work,but also provide a practical source for practicing the four confidences and the implementation of Xi Jinping's socialist ideology in the new era and will more promote the construction of socialist harmonious society and realize the great Chinese dream.But,through the practice and the study found that the role of the college students volunteer service didn't play to the largest,in fact there are many problems restrict the development of the college students volunteer service,such as financing difficulties,the social volunteer activities of university students for the college student volunteers had lower cognitive recognition and maintenance of lawful rights and interests of college students volunteer imperfect rules and regulations,the students ability needs to improve its activity,the students lack of consciousness of social responsibility,and the solution of these problems are in urgent need of theoretical research support.Through literature survey,the Marxist demand and the social responsibility theory as the theoretical basis,combining with the school,service agencies,social,family and volunteer their subject and object,through the development of college student volunteers possible demand side,systematic and meticulous investigation and study,analysis of college students volunteer to each main body to stimulate demand,find out the present problems of college students volunteer incentive in our country,and to explore the specific measures to achieve the demand of college students volunteer motivation,better development to promote the development of college student volunteers to make some theoretical explanations and reference.In this article,through the survey found that college students volunteer to schools,service organization,society,family and oneself to there is a gap between the current situation of demand and incentives,and for different types of incentives of supply and demand gap is also different.Through the methods of literature study,social investigation,summarizes the causes of the status quo is mainly for the demand of college students volunteer unreasonable and lack of social responsibility consciousness,imperfect incentive policy,according to the analysis of the reasons put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.Special note that in the future demand for college students volunteer incentive implementation process,should pay attention to all aspects of the coordination role in the incentive policy,college volunteers,and to shift in its own outlook on life values,and the improvement of comprehensive quality and ability,to foster the students volunteer spirit and sense of social responsibility,for the purpose of the final comprehensive correctness of the implementation of the college students volunteer to stimulate demand,and promote the establishment of the socialist harmonious society in China.
