Research On The Internal Management System Innovation Of Agricultural Colleges And Universities To Promote The Development Of Agricultural Industry

Agricultural modernization is the foundation and support for the modernization of a country.At present,the low level of agricultural modernization in China is not conducive to the implementation of innovation-driven development strategy,the adjustment of economic structure and the realization of the four modernization goals.Bearing the weight of agricultural college agricultural talents cultivation,agricultural scientific research,the basic functions,such as agricultural technology extension service is cultivating talents of high quality,innovative agricultural base,is to undertake agricultural scientific knowledge innovation,the fundamental research and the key technology research and development of important strength,is to realize "three agriculture" the main force of modernization,the agricultural education development,and promote the transformation and upgrading of agricultural industry has important strategic significance.However,there are many problems in the internal management system of agricultural colleges and universities to promote the development of agricultural industry,which restrict the agricultural colleges and universities to deeply participate in and lead the development of agricultural industry.Deepening the reform of the internal management system to promote the development of agricultural industry in agricultural colleges and universities is the key to implementing the education and training plan for outstanding agricultural and forestry talents.It is an inevitable requirement for scientific and technological innovation to lead the development of modern agriculture.This study comprehensively uses the questionnaire method,interview method,case analysis method and other research methods.Guided by the function theory of institutions of higher learning,the theory of collaborative governance,and t he law of internal and external relations in education,the study is carried out al ong the line of "theoretical discussion--problem analysis--experience reference--cou ntermeasures and Suggestions".In addition to the introduction,this study is divi ded into five parts.The first part is about the basic theory.On the basis of combing and studying related literature,this paper defines the connotation of core concepts such as agricultural colleges,agricultural industry and internal management system of colleges and universities,and discusses the theory of functions of colleges and universities,the theory of collaborative governance and the relationship between internal and external development of education.The second part is the problem analysis of the management system of promoting agricultural industry development in agricultural colleges and universities.This study USES questionnaire survey and interview method,selects the management personnel of28 agricultural colleges and 3 agriculture-related comprehensive colleges as the research object,and explores the problems existing in the internal management system of agricultural colleges and universities in promoting the development of agricultural industry in China.The third part is the analysis of the causes of the problems in the management system of promoting the development of agricultural industry in agricultural colleges and universities.There are many reasons for the problems in promoting the development of agricultural industry in agricultural colleges and universities.Therefore,this study analyzes the reasons for the problems existing in the internal management system of agricultural colleges and universities in promoting the development of agricultural industry from the two dimensions of the internal environment and the external environment.The fourth part is the characteristics and enlightenment of the internal management system of promoting the development of agricultural industry in American agricultural colleges and universities.This study uses case study method to explore the development process of agricultural colleges and universities in the United States,summarizes the characteristics of the internal management system of agricultural colleges and universities in the United States to promote the development of agricultural industry,and draws its enlightenment to the reform of the internal management system of agricultural colleges and universities in China to promote the development of agricultural industry.The fifth part is the path choice of agricultural colleges to promote the reform of the internal management system of agricultural industry development.On the basis of theoretical discussion,problem and reason analysis,and experience reference,this paper puts forward the path choice of promoting the internal management system reform of agricultural industry development in agricultural colleges and universities in China.
