| In the high-tech war,the rapid response mechanism and the joint operational mode have become the main factors determining the outcome of the war.The joint combat plan is formulated by the command organ according to the enemy’s situation and countermeasures.It is the basic idea of the combat process and the battle mode,and is also the blueprint for the formation of combat determination.Before the combat operation,there are usually many possible operational plans.How to select the feasible and most suitable operational plan for the operation is the basis for the victory of the war and the focus of military research.This paper mainly establishes a set of methods for supporting the battlefield commander to represent,analyze and decide on the battle plan modeling and operational plan analysis.Firstly,a warfare scheme representation model(operational network diagram)based on the network plan graph is proposed.This paper selects the joint operations plan as the research object,establishes the operational plan representation model based on the network plan,and proposes the basic composition,logical structure,modeling rules and modeling steps of the model.The model uses graphical modeling to visually demonstrate the synergy and logical relationship between various participating entities and tasks in the joint operations process,enhance the mastery of the internal information of the operational plan,flexibly express various operations and help the battlefield commander to find out the inadequacies of certain processes or arrangements in the plan.Secondly,a set of indicators is established to analyze the operational plan,and the calculation method of each indicator is proposed.The attributes of the operational plan is analyzed by introducing the structural properties of the directed network graph and two indicators of the stability factor and the synergy coefficient are proposed.Through the analysis of the operational effects of the operational plan,two indicators of mission mission completion coefficient and total combat loss rate are proposed.The index system is established from the aspects of attributes and combat effects,and the index calculation method is proposed.Thirdly,the comparative analysis method of operational plan is put forward.Based on the analysis of the merits and demerits of the classical evaluation methods,a comparative analysis method for combat plans is proposed.Based on Delphi method to determine the index weight coefficient,construct the negative ideal scheme and the positive ideal scheme to participate in the analysis,and based on TOPSIS method to carry out comparative analysis of different operational schemes,to help battlefield commanders make scientific analysis and correct decision-making.Finally,a case study is carried out.According to the method proposed in this paper,the landing operation scheme is modeled and expressed.The advantages and disadvantages of the two landing operation schemes are compared andanalyzed by the method of comparative analysis of the operation scheme,and the more reasonable landing operation scheme is selected.Combining with the characteristics of joint operations,this paper puts forward the methods of expression,analysis and selection of operational schemes.Combining with an example of landing operation,the specific operational scheme modeling and the comparative analysis of operational scheme are carried out.The results show that this method can well represent the combat plan and can scientifically and effectively analyze the combat plan,which proves that the research of this paper has certain feasibility and can provide a better method for the research of joint operation plan. |
