Research On The Application Of Narrative Therapy Model In Adolescent Internet Addiction Problem

The rise of the Internet is both an opportunity and a challenge,While the rich and fast network brings convenience to people's lives,it also brings great temptations and threats.As a group transferring from children to adults,adolescents has a strong curiosity and desire,and they are also vulnerable to the external influences.In recent years,the Internet addiction rate of the young people has increased year by year.Internet addiction has become a urgent social problem to be solved,and the community should pay great attention to it.This paper uses qualitative research method,adopts interview method and observation method to collect data,takes a junior high school student who is addicted to the internet as the intervention object,under the guidance of narrative therapy theory and the way of case study,helps the client to alleviate the problem of Internet addiction and reconstruct the positive identity.At the same time,the application strategy and effect of narrative therapy mode will be discussed.The whole case service,guided by the framework of narrative therapy mode,is divided into the following eight stages: listen and understand the story of the client's problem;assist the client to identify the problem in a narrative way;use externalized language to realize the differentiation of individual and problem;find exceptions to deconstruct the old stories;rewrite the dialogue with rich exceptional stories;invite important others to join the association and reconstruct the new story;invite outsiders to witness consolidate the new story;promulgate the certificate and end the treatment.In this process,social workers play the roles of listener,healer,guide and so on,helping the client discover his own ability,finding out the exception in the life story,getting rid of the old problem story slaughter system,and to rebuild the hopeful new story.The conclusion of the study shows that Internet addiction is often due to the long-term frustration of the client or the negative impact of the surrounding environment.In the process of practice,workers should pay attention to building trust relationship with the client,to apply external technology,to focus on the family relationship,and to make good use of the treatment documents.After exploring the shining event that the client is not controlled by the problem,we should enrich the exception story constantly,so as to help the client re-examine himself and improve the sense of self-efficacy,and help the client alleviate the problem of Internet addiction.
